Banner bar installation and use guide
- Push the sleeve onto the top of the mast.
- Attach the sleeve to the two screw to the mast

- Put ring weight collar around the flagpole and close it counterweight and confirm metal carabiner to the counterweight.
- Push crossbar through the groove in the banner.
- Attach a banner upper loop to the plastic carabiner (which was fitted in item 5).
- Attach the most to the banner lower loop to the metal carabiner attached to the counterweight.
- Put plastic wicks around the mast and through the loops in the middle of the banner. Close the ends of the plastic rods.
- Turn around top ball to the sleeve.
- Push flagging upright, adjust the level with the adjusting nuts and tighten the nuts.
- Check and, if necessary, tighten the anchor nuts 2 - 3 weeks after installing the mast. Also check the nuts when changing the banner (every 3 to 6 months).
